Windows 98/Me = C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\GTA Vice City User Files I've also checked the rockstar\vc\data\ location, which I've read sometimes occurs on Vista, but to no avail. The only semblance of the User Files folder I've so far found is the gta_vc.set file

Alternatively, go into Task Manager and you should see more than one "gta-vc.exe" process!!! Close 'em down and relaunch Vice City.
