I think the question says it all. I'm trying to upgrade a friend's PC running Windows 8.1 Pro to Windows 10, using the Media Creation Tool. I've tried both the 'Upgrade this PC now' and 'Create installation media' options. I've also tried with a downloaded ISO from an earlier version (1909) of Windows 10.
