Ive heard of a lot of warning lights and things like that occurring on the KTM as well. Currently the 2018 KTM is around 11.5k at my local dealer, the AT is 12.3k for the 2019(not sure why it's so much lower than msrp). I like the ADV Sports for the tank size, as there are large stretches of road that we ride on

I just received my odb2 cable adapter for ktm. And surprise, look like ktm have change the odb2 connector on the 2021 890 r adventure. Someone knows

The fender can clog up with mud, locking the front wheel, or it can jam KTM’s power numbers are often the highest in the class and the new 790 Adventure is no different, boasting 95 horsepower @ 8,000 rpm and 64.9 ft-lbs @ 6,600 rpm from its 799cc engine. On the numbers, the 790 Adventure bests its closest rivals – the BMW F850GS and Triumph Tiger 800. KTM 1090 / 1190 Adventure / R / 1290 Super Adventure / R Comfort Single Piece Sport Seat. The road is just right and the weather is perfect, but there's a problem… your backside is starting to hurt and you’re thinking about cutting the ride short due to the discomfort. Don’t waste a perfect ride with a bad seat. Despite a few niggles like airbox sealing, air filter access (fixed on the new design), and fuel pumps, that 1090/1190/1290 platform is a solid bike. I’d have no issues putting my money down on one. The 790/890 on the other hand is a pile of garbage. The list of problems I’ve seen on these bikes is a mile long and growing by the day.

OEM muffler's flange that connects to the mid pipe is no longer sealing. 3. Occasional hard start issue turned out to be a fuel pump. 4.
I have experience with 690 (X2), 1090, and 790 "builds" but make no claims of being an expert. I know a fair deal about the aforementioned KTM's based on countless mistakes and more than 50,000 miles in the saddle (on those bikes). I am happy to answer any questions along the way, or at least try to. .
