In my current PS2 Save, I have only 47 Hours and 50 Minutes for 100% with 3 Deaths, 0 Busted, 0 Cheats, and 202 Mission Attempts as well as 57 Special Vehicles. If I can do this in under 48 Hours WITH the Special Vehicles (as that is the most time consuming part of my Saves), then I am sure you can reach 30 some Hours for Total Playing Time.
