Report abuse. The Office 2019 is only licensed to be installed, and run on one computer at a time. . The key is activated to a specific computer. It may be transferred to another computer. In theory, they license is supposed to appear in the MyAccount site. But in practice, recently people have not been able to find it there.
1. OK. De-activating it isn't "transferring it to another account". It is funny the different variations you get.
